On May 20, 2020, officers with Investigation Services arrested 48-year-old Gary Barkley for driving while disqualified.
At 9:45 p.m., the accused was observed driving an electronic scooter on Great Northern Road without any lights. A traffic stop was conducted and officers discovered the accused to be a disqualified driver.
He was arrested and charged with driving while disqualified. He is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 10, 2020.
