Man passes out in drive through

At 2:30 a.m. on October 30, 2016, city police were called to the McDonald’s Restaurant on Great Northern Road regarding a male passed out at the wheel in the drive-through. 

Police attended and found 33-year-old Brent Lister of Second line West behind the wheel. He was arrested and brought to the station where he failed a breath test. 

Lister has been charged with impaired driving and driving with more than .08 mgs of alcohol and will be appearing in court on Dec. 05, 2016.
