On April 4, 2019 officers with the Investigation Services division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 52-year-old Timothy Piraino for an indecent act.
It’s alleged on March 10, 2019 the accused was seen outside a gathering place on Wellington Street East with nothing on but his boots and he was observed masturbating. When approached the accused left in his vehicle.
After investigating the incident police arrested the accused and he is charged with one count of an indecent act. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 6, 2019.
