On April 29, 2022, officers with Patrol Services charged 67-year-old Donna Bardawill with operation while impaired.

Around 3:45 a.m., officers responded to a single vehicle collision in the 0-100 block of McNabb Street. Upon arrival officers observed the driver of the vehicle, later identified as the accused, speaking with EMS. Upon speaking with the accused, officers developed grounds to believe her ability to operate a vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

She is charged with:
    •    operation while impaired – alcohol and/or drug
    •    operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80+)

She was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on July 27, 2022.
