On April 10, 2016 at 9:10 a.m., city police attended at the Northern Treatment and Remand Centre in regard to staff finding drugs in an inmate’s cell. A 52-year-old male was allegedly found with approximately 45 grams of marijuana in his cell. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and will be appearing in Bail Court on April 11, 2016.
