On March 21, 2014 the accused Kelsey Leva age 19 of no fixed address left a residence that she was bound by and undertaking to live at. The accused has not returned since that date. On April 14, 2014 the accused was at the courthouse on other matters and was arrested for breach of an undertaking and will appear in bail court on April 15, 2014 at 10:00am.
There was a theft from a vehicle in the 30 block of Valhalla Place. Taken in the theft was U.S. currency and a wedding ring. The theft occurred sometime around April 12, 2014.

On the 7th of April, 2014, officers from the Drug Enforcement Unit, the Crime Suppression Unit, Emergency Services Unit, Patrol Services and the OPP Canine Unit executed a search warrant at a house on Second Line West. Officers located 17.4 grams of methamphetamine, 22 grams of cocaine, 1.3 grams of psilocybin mushroom, a set of brass knuckles, pepper spray and packing material for the distribution of the drugs. Officer also located a shotgun stock. The estimated street value of the narcotics is $3,950. The homeowner was not in his residence at the time.
On the 14th of April, shortly after 3 a.m., 34-year-old Gregory Lawrence Smith of Second Line West turned himself into city police. He has been charged with two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon, one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance and two counts of possession of a controlled drug or substance for the purpose of trafficking. He will appear in bail court this morning.
