City Police attended a local facility and arrested a male age 37 regarding domestic matters. It is alleged that between June 22, 2015 and August 17, 2015 the accused contacted the victim when he was ordered by the courts not to do so. The accused was charged with breach of a recognizance X 4 and is scheduled to appear in bail court on August 25, 2015 at 10:00 am.
