At 2:50 P.M. on December 7, 2015 city police arrested 31-year-old Rosemary Pheasant of Huron Street. The accused was wanted on three outstanding warrants. It’s alleged that on October 19, 2015 the accused failed to attend court. Further on it’s alleged that on the October 1, 2015 the accused breached the terms of her recognizance by failing to attend at the John Howard Society. She will be appearing in bail court on December 8, 2015.
