A business in the 200 block of Second Line West was spray painted overnight. A break and enter which took place to an apartment in the 400 block of Wellington St. E. between the 5th and 6th of December was reported to City Police today.

A break and enter which took place to an apartment in the 400 block of Wellington St. E. between the 5th and 6th of December was reported to City Police today. Meat and DVDs were stolen.

A truck parked in the 30s block of Wellington St.W. was keyed and had its back window smashed out sometime overnight.On the 8th of December, 2014 at approximately 2:13 a.m., officers from Patrol Services attended a west end residence with regards to a disturbance. Police investigation revealed a 54-year-old male was breaching his recognizance of bail by communicating with a victim from a previous domestic incident, being within 25 metres of the victim’s residence and being within 25 metres of the victim. The accused has been charged with three counts of breaching his recognizance and will appear in Bail Court this morning.
