Evening news:
Police were called to a west end residence this morning in regards to a family dispute. Investigation revealed that a 16-year-old male lost his temper and punched a hole in a bedroom door. The male was arrested and charged with mischief under $5000. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 7, 2014.
Police were called to Great Northern Road, in the area of Citi Financial for a possible domestic disturbance. Investigation resulted in a 19-year-old male being arrested and charged with assaulting his girlfriend. The accused was also on a probation order and was breaching a condition of keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He is scheduled to appear in Bail Court on December 10, 2013.

On the 8 December 2013 at about 4 pm a 16 year old male was observed on Wellington St West near Conmee Ave. A check of the male revealed an outstanding warrant for break and enter, possession of stolen property, breach of probation and failing to appear in court. He was arrested and will be in bail court on the 9th December 2013 at 10:00 am.

On the 8 December 2013 at about 9 PM Police were called to a residence in the central part of the city for a domestic dispute. On arrival they discovered an ex boyfriend had threatened a new boyfriend via a text message. The female party also reported she was being followed and the ex-boyfriend would not leave her alone. She also advised her ex had previously been warned by the police to stay away from her. The suspect was located at an east end residence where he was arrested and will be appearing in bail court on the 9th December 2013 at 10am charged with criminal harassment and threatening.
