City Police attended Canada Customs on February 29 regarding a male who turned himself in to Customs Officers on outstanding warrants. 48-year-old Dennis Gibbs, of South Market St., has been charged with failing to appear court in October 2015 in relation to an assault causing bodily harm charge from August of 2015. He will be appearing in Bail Court on March 1.
