On February 8, 2016 a female turned herself into City Police on an outstanding warrant for assault. Police executed the warrant and arrested Clarenda Ruby DABUTCH age 34 for assault.  It is alleged that on November 20, 2015, in the area of Spring and Queen Street the accused was in a verbal confrontation with the victim and the victim was assaulted by being pushed and punched.  The accused was released by police and is scheduled to appear in court on March 14, 2016 at 09:00.

On February 7, 2016 at 2:40 p.m., city police arrested a 30-year-old male who was wanted on two warrants for domestic related matters. It is alleged that the accused had breached the conditions of his recognizance of bail. The accused ran from police and with the assistance of a member of the public was caught a short distance away. It is further alleged that he resisted arrest by struggling with the officers. The accused was charged with breach of recognizance X 3 and resist arrest. He will be appearing in bail court on February 8, 2016.
