19 year old Ashley Hilderley of Weldon Ave attended at the police station to turn herself in on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear for prints. It is alleged that on the 27th of October 2014 she failed to attend the police station for prints as required by a previous release document. She is now scheduled to appear in court on February 23 2015.

A break and enter was reported to a garage on Edison Ave. A six pack of beer was reported taken.

On the 10th of January officers from Patrol Services arrested a 37-year-old male and charged him with one count of assault with a weapon and one count of mischief. It is alleged that during an argument the accused threw a phone at his wife. The phone did not strike the victim, however it was damaged. The accused will appear in court on February 11.

A 24-year-old male was arrested on the 10th of January and charged with one count of breach of a release document in relation to a prior domestic incident. It is alleged that the accused attended at local business where his ex-girlfriend was. At the time of the offence the accused was on conditions not to be within 100 meters of the victim. The accused will appear in bail court on January 12.

On the 9th of January officers from Patrol Services arrested 43-yea- old Michael Ansley of St. Georges Avenue East. It is alleged that the accused attended at Romes and attempted to leave the Wine Rack with two bottles of wine. The accused was apprehended by store security and during the arrest the accused attempted to strike the security officer. The accused has been charged with one count of theft under $5,000 and one count of resist arrest. He will appear in court on February 9.

A 36-year-old male was arrested by city police patrol officers in the afternoon of January 11 and charged with 3 counts of breaching a recognizance regarding a previous domestic incident. It is alleged the male was in communication with and in the presence of a female known to him when he was on conditions not to be. This occurred on January 9. The accused will be appearing in Bail Court today.

City police patrol officers were called to a west end apartment building last evening regarding a disturbance. It was alleged that 38-year-old Paul Victor Stiber of Albert Street West was arguing with tenants in the building. During these arguments, the accused pulled out a knife and made threatening gestures with it. Upon further investigation, officers determined the knife in question was able to be opened with centrifugal force deeming it to be a prohibited weapon. As a result Mr. Stiber was charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to the public and possession of a prohibited weapon. He will be appearing in Provincial Court on February 23.
