On January 6, 2014 at 3:08 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 54-year-old female with Breach of Undertaking. The female was on conditions not to communicate with her ex-spouse and she broke this by calling his residence. She will appear in court on January 7, 2014.
On January 6, 2014 at 3:30 pm Sylvie Gervais, age 52 of Main St. Toronto Ontario was arrested and charged with theft under $5, 000.00 from Ardene’s, Walmart and Hallmark in the Station Mall. She will appear in court on March 10, 2014.
Morning news:
30 year old Hilary Cartmill of Old Garden River Road was arrested and charged with one count of mischief by interfering with other persons’ lawful enjoyment of property. It is alleged that on December 26 the accused was playing music in her apartment so loudly that it was disturbing other occupants of the building. Despite having been cautioned earlier in the evening the accused continued playing the music. The accused turned herself in at the police station today and will be appearing in court on February 10.
46 year old Denis Bruyere of Grace Street turned himself in on a warrant. It is alleged that on the 18 of December the accused assaulted a female known to him by pushing her to the ground. The accused will be appearing in court on February 10 charged with one count of assault.
