On the July 13 at 6:30 p.m., a 28-year-old male had a verbal argument which then turned to a physical altercation with his girlfriend. The male [allegedly] assaulted her by pushing her against a wall. He then broke her cell phone.

On the July 13 at 6:30 p.m., a 28-year-old male had a verbal argument which then turned to a physical altercation with his girlfriend. The male [allegedly] assaulted her by pushing her against a wall. He then broke her cell phone. The victim received minor injuries in the assault. The male was arrested and charged with assault and mischief under $5,000. He will appear in bail court July 15.

On July 14 at 1:55 p.m., Patrol Officers arrested and charged Patricia Pheasant, age 24 of no fixed address, on the strength of several arrest warrants. She was wanted for theft under $5,000, failing to attend court, breach of undertaking, breach of recognizance and breach of probation. She will appear in bail court on July 15.

On the 13th of July, 2014 at 5:15 a.m., city police officers observed a red Jeep Patriot being driven on Pim Street in the area of Borron Street. The vehicle had been reported stolen just 15 minutes earlier, and was believed to have been taken sometime over night. 

Officers strategically followed the vehicle a short distance, and were successful in getting the vehicle to safely come to a stop.  As officers were exiting the cruiser the suspect vehicle accelerated and fled the area. At 5:18 a.m. officers initiated a pursuit, following the suspect vehicle to the area of Mcnabb Street and Willow Avenue where the vehicle stopped and the driver fled on foot. Canine officer initiated a track, and the suspect was located a short distance away hiding behind a shed.

The suspect, 26-year-old Cody Marshall of Queen Street East, was arrested and charged with being in possession of stolen property (the red Jeep Patriot), flight from police, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and breach of probation. At the time of the offence the accused was on a probation order to keep the peace and be of good behavior.

Cody Marshall is scheduled to attend court on August 11, 2014.

On July 13, 2014 at approximately 9:53 p.m., officers attended in the 200 block of Gloucester Street regarding an unwanted person on the property. Investigation revealed that the accused Melanie Anne Turner, age 41 of Queen Street East, had allegedly kicked out the basement window of the residence. The accused was arrested for mischief and will appear in bail court on July 14, 2014 at 10 a.m.

On July 13, 2014 officers were on patrol in the Albert Street East and Tancred Street area. Officers checked a female known to them and found that there were outstanding warrants for her arrest. The accused Candice Louise Miron, age 24 of no fixed address, was arrested for failing to attend court X 2, theft under $5000 and breach of probation. The accused will appear in bail court on July 14, 2014 at 10 a.m.

Three bears were spotted in the area of Foxborough Trail. The bears were seen inside of a new build home. They were then seen outside in the dumpster. The mother bear had three legs. They were eventually scared off into the bush.
