On March 13, 2016 city police arrested a male age 18 for theft under $5,000 and breach of probation. It is alleged that the accused Matthew Scott Daynard stole over $250 worth of chocolate bars and energy drinks. A loss prevention officer arrested the accused for theft under $5,000. City Police continued the arrest. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on April 18, 2016 at 9 a.m.
On March 13, 2016 city police pulled a vehicle over regarding highway traffic matters and found that the driver was allegedly prohibited from driving because of an impaired driving conviction. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on April 25, 2016 at 9 a.m.
