32-year-old Luc Dale of Old Garden River Rd. was charged with breaching a condition of his probation. It is alleged he failed to report to his Probation officer when he was required to do so. Mr. Dale will be appearing in Provincial Court April 27.
City Police attended to the ATRC today and arrested 33-year-old Christopher Moar on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in Court on charges of fraud and breach of probation from August 2014 and theft from January 2015. He will be appearing in Bail Court March 24.
21-year-old Jason Hampleman of Parliament St. was arrested today on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear for fingerprints from March 9. He will be appearing in Provincial Court April 27.
