Bail Court Appearance Arrests:
Nicolas FRONZI age 21 years of no fixed address was arrested today and charged with theft under $5000, possession of stolen property, attempt theft under $5000.00, utter a forged document and breach of probation (2 counts). It is alleged that on the 01May the accused attended the residence of a person known to him and attempted to take a purse. He then took the wallet from a second individual at that residence and stole money from it. It is further alleged that on the 01 Feb 2012 Fronzi forged a signature on a stolen cheque and tried to cash it at a local business. It is alleged that at the time of these occurrences the accused was on probation with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behavior. He will appear in bail court tomorrow.
Melissa DINARDO age 36 years of 819 Trunk Rd was arrested at the courthouse and charged with fail to attend court. It is alleged that Ms. Dinardo was to appear in court on April 23rd with regards to a drive having consumed over illegal limit and failed to do so. She will be appearing in court on June 4th.
A male will appear in Bail Court this morning on Domestic related charges as follows 2 counts of breach of recognizance, 3 counts of breach of probation and one count of harassing phone calls.
Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes:
Thefts from vehicles were reported in the areas Spadina Avenue, Tilley Rd and Trelawne Ave.
Empty wooden wire spools were reported stolen from a business on Black Road.
Break in enters to two businesses on Albert St East computer equipment was stolen from the one business and nothing appears missing from the other.
