Afternoon news City Police and the Collision Reporting Centre responded to 25 calls for service since this morning with regards to Motor Vehicle collisions, traffic complaints and traffic assistance.

City Police and the Collision Reporting Centre responded to 25 calls for service since this morning with regards to Motor Vehicle collisions, traffic complaints and traffic assistance. This was obviously due to the poor weather conditions we faced throughout the day.

A business compound in Industrial Court was broken into sometime overnight and 3 rolls of copper wire were stolen.

Arrests

On the 10th of November a male was observed in front of the victim’s house in the west end performing what she considered an indecent act. Police were called and the investigation resulted in 40 year old Perry Robertson of 616 Connaught Ave. being charged with committing one count of an indecent act. He will be appearing in court on December 16.

Break & Enters

A break in was reported in the 1500 block of Peoples Rd. Jewelry and cash were reported taken.
