On November 15, 2015 at 11:15 p.m., city police arrested 18-year-old Matthew Scott Daynard of Hocking Avenue, Sault Ste Marie. Police were called by a resident of Laura Street reporting that a male had broken into a garage. A description was given and a short time later the accused male was located. Daynard has been charged with break and enter with the intent to commit an indictable offence. He will be appearing in court on December 21, 2015.
