On November 30, 2015 at 2:45 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 36 year old female with Theft under $5,000.00 and Breach of Probation. It is alleged that she stole items from Station Mall Drug Mart.

On November 30, 2015 at 2:45 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 36 year old female with Theft under $5,000.00 and Breach of Probation. It is alleged that she stole items from Station Mall Drug Mart. She will appear in bail court on December 1st.

On November 29, 2015 just after 2:30 p.m., a neighbour observed two males in an older 90’s model blue vehicle with a loud muffler in the driveway of a residence in the 2200 block of Base Line. The neighbour observed one of the males attempt to gain entry to the residence and scared the suspects off. The suspects were both wearing toques and bulky clothing.  Entry was not gained, however a door to the residence was damaged.

On November 29 sometime between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., a residence in the 1700 block of Third Line West was broken into. A Toshiba 42 inch flat screen television was taken, as well as change and a Samsung flip phone. There are no suspects in this investigation.

In the morning hours of November 28,  2015 city police arrested a 23-year-old male and charged with one count of assault, two counts of mischief, one count of obstruct police, one count of assault police, one count of breach of probation and one count of breach of recognizance. It is alleged that the accused broke a window and damaged three doors at his residence where he resides with his girlfriend. It is alleged that he also assaulted his girlfriend by pushing her. She was not injured. The accused fled the residence before officers arrived. Officers located the accused a short time later. He accused provided false names to the officers and fled on foot. He was apprehended after a short foot chase. At that point it is alleged that the accused assaulted an officer by head butting the officer in the face. The officer did receive minor injuries. The accused was on release conditions to reside at an address he was not residing at and he was also to keep the peace and be of good behavior. The accused appeared in WASH court on November 29 and will appear in bail court on November 30.

On November 28, 2015 an accused young person allegedly left his residence at approximately 7 a.m. and failed to return to his residence until November 29, 2015 at 8:30 p.m. The accused has court ordered conditions with a curfew and is supposed to be in his residence between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. The accused is also supposed to report to police and failed to do so. Police arrested the accused for breach of probation X 2 and breach of recognizance X 2. The accused will appear in bail court on November 30, 2015 at 10 a.m.
