A man has been placed into custody after he barricaded himself inside a North St. home yesterday morning.
Police made several attempts to communicate with the individual from the outside of the building, eventually resolving the situation Tuesday afternoon.
Lincoln Louttit, the corporate communications manager with city police, confirmed the man was taken into custody under the Mental Health Act, and does not consider this situation a standoff.
