On April 28, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 43-year-old Corey Marshall for impaired driving.

At 7:44 p.m. officers observed the accused driving on Pim Street and knew him to be a suspended driver. A traffic stop was conducted and at this time officers developed grounds to believe his ability to operate the vehicle was impaired.

He failed a Drug Recognition Evaluation. A subsequent search of the accused found him to be in possession of substances believed to be fentanyl (1.3 grams) and methamphetamine (.4 grams). Further investigation revealed the plates on the vehicle the accused was driving were stolen.

He is charged with impaired driving alcohol and drugs, impaired driving blood drug concentration, operation while prohibited, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen property and breach of recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 29, 2020.
