Sault Ste. Marie Police are asking for the public's assistance following an incident earlier this week.
Police say that yesterday at around 12:05 a.m., they responded to a collision at the intersection of Korah Road and Lyons Avenue where someone on a bicycle was struck by what is believed to be an orange-coloured Dodge Journey SUV.
The vehicle fled the scene, heading westbound on Wallace Terrace.
The cyclist did not require medical attention.
