Sault Ste. Marie Police Service is investigating a suspicious fire that destroyed a trailer near the city’s downtown core early Tuesday morning.
Firefighters initially responded to a report of a fire in the 200 block of Wilson Street shortly after midnight Tuesday.
Sault Ste. Marie Fire Services turned the scene over to police roughly an hour later.
Police confirm that the fire is considered suspicious. No injuries have been reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
