On April 29, 2020 officers arrested 21-year-old Ethan Chartrand for impaired driving.
At 1:58 a.m. officers responded to a call of a vehicle in the ditch on Goulais Ave. Upon arrival officers located the accused in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. While speaking with the accused officers could smell an odor of alcohol coming from the accused. He was arrested and provided two breath samples into an approved device. Both registered a fail result.
He is charged with impaired driving. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 13, 2020.
