A 32-year-old is facing charges after someone stole a backpack full of tools from a shed on Bush Street.

The break-and-enter occurred on the afternoon of Sept. 29, police say. The suspect was later arrested at his residence.

Ronald Crowle is charged with break-and-enter and possession of property obtained by crime.
