On April 4, 2019 officers with the Patrol Services division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 22-year-old Colton Cicchini of Sarnia for impaired driving.
In the early morning hours of April 4, 2019 officers responded to a complaint on Pim Street and observed the accused sitting in the driver's seat of a vehicle. At this time, officers determined the accused’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
He was charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of blood alcohol content over 80. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 13, 2019.
