On August 22 at 11:25 Ryan McLeish, age 19 of Pim St., was arrested and charged by Patrol Officers with failing to Provide a Breath Sample, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Stolen Property and Breach of Probation. Officers learned that Mcleish stole a Pontiac Grand Prix and drove it into a curb damaging the front of it. At the time of these offences he was on a Probation Order with conditions he breached. He will appear in bail court on August 23rd.
On August 23rd at 2:14 am Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 19 year old female with domestic Assault and Breach of a Recognizance. The victim received minor injuries in the assault. At the time of the incident the accused was on previous release conditions not to molest, harass or annoy the victim. She will appear in bail court August 23rd.
On August 22nd at 5:00 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 51 year old male with two counts of Breach of Probation. The male was on a previous domestic related Probation Order not to communicate with the victim which he was breaching. He will appear in bail court on August 23rd.
