Arrests/Charged Persons:
On August 24 2012 City Police along with the local SPCA executed a search warrant at 534 Case Rd. Several animals were found in various states of pain, distress and suffering as a result of improper care. 48 year old Rebecca Hurley was charged with causing/permitting unnecessary suffering of animals. She is scheduled to appear in court on October 15 2012.

On August 24 20012 41 year old Kimberly White attended at RJ’s Market where she stole a package of diapers. She was apprehended by store security and held for police. When police arrived she provided a false name. Kimberly was charged with one count of theft and one count of obstruct police. She is to appear in court on October 15 2012.

On August 25 2012 12:20 a.m. 28 year old Jeffrey Howard was located at a local bar in the downtown area. The accused was on a release document with a curfew of 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Howard was charged with breaching his recognizance and is scheduled for bail court.
