On August 3, a citizen called police and reported that the rear wiper assembly was stolen off his vehicle while it was parked in a parking lot in the 200 block of McNabb Street.
On August 3, a citizen called police and reported that the rear wiper assembly was stolen off his vehicle while it was parked in a parking lot in the 200 block of McNabb Street.

Two other vehicles were reported entered in the same parking lot but nothing was reported to have been stolen from them.

The matter is under investigation.

Compact discs were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 100 block of Bellevue Avenue.

A vehicle was reported entered in the 100 block of Routledge Ave. Identification was reported stolen.

A 28-year-old male was arrested and will be appearing in WASH (weekend and statutory holiday) court tomorrow morning.

It is alleged that on the 6th of July he was in possession of a credit card taken from another individual, and that he used that card to get cash advances for a quantity of money.

In addition, the accused is alleged to have been in possession of a stolen camera and blue ray player when he attempted to sell them to persons who recognized the items as having been stolen and contacted police.

Colin Lee Nickel of 320 Albert Street East, apartment 1, is charged with possession of a stolen credit card, use of a stolen credit card and possession of stolen property.

On the the 2nd of August 2013, Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute.
 
On arrival police located a female who had been cut.
 
It is alleged a door was kicked open by an ex-boyfriend.
 
The female was standing by the door when it was kicked.
 
The door struck the female in the head.
 
The man then entered the residence and forcibly removed his ex-girlfriend.
 
The man had sent unwanted texts and telephone calls to his ex-girlfriend as well.
 
He was charged with assault (x 2), forcible confinement, break and enter and criminal harassment.
 
He will be appearing in WASH court Saturday morning.

On the 2nd of August, Police were called to an accident at the corner of John St and St. Georges Ave.
 
On arrival, officers discovered one of the driver’s was under the influence of alcohol.
 
Charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and consuming over the legal limit is Leonard Seguin (age 38) of 26 Grace St.
 
He will be appearing in court on the 9th of September 2013.
