On the 13th of December 2014 at approximately 2:39 p.m. officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police attended an east end residence with regards to a call for service. The investigation revealed that the complainant was wanted on a number of outstanding arrest warrants. Charged is Sarah Allison BOWER 38yrs of Shannon Rd. SSM with Breach of Probation x 3 and Fail to Attend Court, she will appear in Adult Court on the 12th of January 2015.
On December 12, 2014 a young person age 16 was arrested on outstanding warrants for failing to attend court, mischief and threatening X 2. The accused was transported to the City Police station and later released with a court appearance scheduled for January 20, 2015 at 9:30 am.
On December 12, 2014 City Police responded to a domestic violence incident in the west end of the city. Upon arrival a female accused, age 22 was out of control and had smashed two windows. It is alleged that the accused broke into the residence and threatened the victim. The accused was arrested for mischief, threatening death, breach of probation, breach of an undertaking X 2 and break and enter. The accused will appear in wash court (weekend and statutory holiday court) on December 13, 2014.
On December 12, 2014 City Police responded to an alleged impair driver in the west end of the city. Officers found a female in the snow bank. Officers found the accused to be in an intoxicated state. Further checks revealed that the vehicle had been taken without consent. The accused Celesta Fleury-Vincent age 21 of no fixed address was arrested for impaired driving, consuming over the legal limit, theft over $5000 and possession of stolen property over $5000. The accused will appear in wash court (weekend and statutory holiday court) on December 13, 2014.
