On December 28, 2013 in the early afternoon, Richard Bell, age 50 of no fixed address, attended at the Police Station to turn himself in. Bell was wanted for being unlawfully at large for a previously court ordered sentence.

On December 28, 2013 in the early afternoon, Richard Bell, age 50 of no fixed address, attended at the Police Station to turn himself in. Bell was wanted for being unlawfully at large for a previously court ordered sentence. Additionally Bell was charged with two counts of breach of probation. He will appear in court on December 29.

A 15-year-old male also turned himself in on a surety revocation committal warrant. The youth who was awaiting the disposition of breach of probation charges under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was to reside with his surety. The surety had requested relief from this order and the youth will now attend court on December 30.

A 17-year-old female was arrested on a warrant for failing to attend court. It is alleged that on October 8 the accused failed to attend court on charges of assault with a weapon, unauthorized possession of a weapon, administer a noxious substance and mischief under $5,000. She will be appearing in court on January 28.

24-year-old Jordan Morrar of Nichol Avenue was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a breach of probation charge. It is alleged that he failed to attend court on September 30. He was given a new court date of January 27.

On December 27 police were called to a report of a vehicle in a snow bank. Through investigation officers were able to determine that the driver had been Matthew Pistor of Bristol Place. Officers detected indications of alcohol consumption and a roadside alcohol test was done resulting in the accused being arrested and transported to the station. Further testing was conducted and the accused was charged with one count of driving with over the legal limit of alcohol in his blood. He will be appearing in court on January 27.

On December 27 at approximately 6:45 p.m., an unknown person went through the hallway at Square One Mall on Queen Street and ripped signs and a mail box off the wall. There was no description available for the person responsible.
