26 year old Laura Perrault of 62 Capp Ave was charged with one count of Assault Causing Bodily Harm and one count of Unlawfully in a Dwelling House. It is alleged that the accused and the victim got into an argument over a parking spot. The argument continued into the residence of the victim and an assault took place requiring the victim to attend the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

City Police arrested 22 year old Chad Turner of 20 Manilla Terrace for failing to leave premises when directed and mischief under $5000. It is alleged Mr.Turner was renting a room at a downtown hotel when he was asked to leave by the hotel staff and the police. He refused to do so and also caused damage to a wall in the room he was renting by punching a hole in it with a beer bottle in his hand. Mr. Turner will be attending Court on the 25th of March.
A 53 year old male was arrested overnight on an outstanding warrant for breaching 3 counts of a probation order he was on. All 3 counts were related to a previous domestic incident. While he was being arrested, the male was found to have marihuana on his person and he was also in the company of the female with whom he was not to be associating with. As a result charges of possession of a narcotic and another breach were added t o him at that time. He will be appearing in Bail Court on February 19th.
23 year old Gavin David Anderson of Sioux Lookout was arrested by City Police officers early this morning for assault and two breach of probation charges. It is alleged Mr. Anderson and a female known to him were engaged in a verbal argument when he pushed her. They were not in a relationship with each other. Mr.Anderson was also on Probation to keep the peace and be good and he also failed to report earlier this week. He will be appearing in bail court on February 19th.
