22-year-old Caleb Seaton will be appearing in bail court on Monday. It is alleged that on January 23 while he was in custody at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre, he assaulted another inmate by repeatedly punching him and hitting him with a cup.

22-year-old Caleb Seaton will be appearing in bail court on Monday. It is alleged that on January 23 while he was in custody at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre, he assaulted another inmate by repeatedly punching him and hitting him with a cup. The other inmate received non life threatening injuries that required medical attention. The accused is charged with one count of assault with a weapon and one count of assault causing bodily harm. At the time of the offence he was on probation with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and a charge of breach of probation was added.

39-year-old Jeremy Saccary of Beverly Street was arrested on a charge of breach of probation. It is alleged that the accused failed to complete community service hours as a condition of his probation. He will be appearing in court on February 24.
