A 23 year old female was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear court on the 28 of January. It is alleged that she failed to appear in court on that date in answer to domestic related charges. She will now appear in court on March 4 2015.
Police were called to a group home in regards to a 13 year old resident out of control. Investigation revealed that the resident assaulted the worker and caused damage to the home. He was also on a previous release document with a condition of not to harass or annoy the worker. He was arrested and charged accordingly.
On the 30th of January police observed a vehicle driving erratically in the downtown area. The vehicle was observed going through several red lights. When police attempted to stop the vehicle the vehicle sped off. After a short vehicle pursuit the suspect vehicle stopped on Spring St. Further investigation revealed that the driver had been drinking. Charge with Impaired Driving, Drive over 80 mg, Flight from Police and Dangerous Driving is 19 year old Bradley Bruder of Mcnabb St. He will appear in court on March 2 2015.
