On July 12, 2014 officers responded to a break and enter in the 300 block of John Street. Two males entered a residence and stole electronic equipment and DVD’S. The K-9 unit attended but was not successful in apprehending the two suspects.
A break and enter was reported in the 40 block of Henrietta Avenue. The culprit (s) entered the residence and removed a Samsung Tablet and a DVD player.
On July 12, 2014 a lone male entered the Pita Pit on Queen Street East. The male was masked. The male attempted to rob the attendant. After trying to get into the cash register, without success the male fled the area on foot.

28 year old John Sayers-Thibeault of Frontenac St. was charged with uttering a forged document early last evening. It is alleged Mr.Sayers-Thibeault received a prescription slip from the SAH on July 9. Prior to him filling the prescription, he added to the script. He then attended at Shoppers in the Cambrian Mall but staff there deemed it suspicious and contacted the doctor who made out the prescription. The doctor confirmed that there was an addition to the script. The accused will be appearing in Provincial Court August 18.
