A 30 year old male turned himself in today for an outstanding warrant. The warrant was for assault and assault with a weapon in regards to a domestic incident that occurred on July 2nd of this year.

After an altercation on Second Line East that was preceded  by a motor vehicle collision, 44 year old Gary Levar of 4th Line West  was charged with assault causing bodily harm. Levar is accused of punching the second driver after the collision occurred. The other driver required hospital treatment for minor injuries not caused by the collision. Mr Levar is scheduled to appear in court on August 19th.
