At 2:50 a.m., City Police were called to a west end convenience store regarding a disturbance in the parking lot. Officers determined that a male in the store was causing a disturbance.

At 2:50 a.m., City Police were called to a west end convenience store regarding a disturbance in the parking lot. Officers determined that a male in the store was causing a disturbance.  The male was arrested for causing a disturbance and subsequent to being arrested was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana.  24-year-old Clayton Desousa of Timmins has been charged with causing a disturbance by yelling and possession of a controlled substance. He will be appearing in Court on August 24, 2015.

At 2:20 a.m. on July 25, 2015, 21-year-old Jessica Warren of Searchmount was arrested and charged with six counts of breach of probation; fail to provide a breath sample into a roadside screening device, assault police, resist police, possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of breach of recognizance.  The accused was stopped on John St. after being observed driving at a high rate of speed.  She refused to provide a breath sample when demanded and subsequent to resisting arrest was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.  It was also determined that the accused was on probation and was breaching conditions associated with the probation.  Further, the accused was on a recognizance of bail with conditions that she was breaching.  She was remanded into custody and will be making an appearing in bail court on July 27, 2015.
