Arrests/Charged Persons
On June 22nd 2013 at approximately 12:30 pm, a female known to police was seen in the parking area of the Station Mall. The officer knew that there were outstanding warrants requested for the accused. The accused age 39 was arrest for breach of a recognizance X 3. The accused breached her recognizance by communicating with a male from a past relationship and attended his residence. On June 4, 2013 police attended at the accused residence and she was not there. The accused was directed to be in her residence ever night. The accused will appear in WASH court (weekend and statutory holiday video court) on June 23, 2013.
