On May 16, 2015 City Police attended in the west end of town and located a male age 30 regarding with regards to an outstanding warrant. The male was arrested at 8:15 a.m. for breach of probation x2. The accused is schedule to appear in court on June 24, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. The male was on probation in regards to a domestic matter from 2014.
On May 15, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. City Police Officers arrested a 16-year-old female for mischief to property under $5,000. It’s alleged that on May 13, 2015 the young person damaged property belonging to the residence she stays at. She was released and will appearing in Youth Court on June 23, 2015 at 9 a.m.
On May 15, 2015 at 7:20 p.m., a 49-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant. It’s alleged that between 2011 and 2015 the accused criminally harassed a female known to him. The accused was charged with criminal harassment and will be making an appearance in Court on June 22, 2015.
On May 16, 2015 at 10:30 p.m. Officers arrested an 18-year-old male for domestic assault. It’s alleged that the accused was at a residence and got into a verbal dispute that turned physical. The accused was charged with common assault and will appear in Court on June 17, 2015.
On May 16, 2015 at 8:20 p.m. City Police arrested 44-year-old Michael Yaroshuk of James Street. The accused was found to have been drinking in contravention of a probation order. The accused was charged with one count of breach of probation and will be making an appearance in WASH court on May 16, 2015.
