On May 22, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. a 22 year old male was arrested and charged with breach of probation and breach of recognizance.

On May 22, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. a 22 year old male was arrested and charged with breach of probation and breach of recognizance.  It is alleged that the male breached the conditions of both orders by being in the company of a female that he was ordered not to be within 50 metres of.  The accused appeared in WASH court on May 23, 2015 and was remanded to bail court on May 25, 2015.

On May 22, 2015 a 31-year-old male is alleged to have attended a school in the west end of the city to visit with a young person.  The male is on a restraining order not to attend the school of the young person.  The accused was arrested for breaching a court order and will appear in WASH court weekend and statutory holiday court (WASH) on May 23, 2015.

On May 22, 2015 City Police stopped a vehicle in the area of Terrance Avenue because of erratic driving.  The accused was found to be a disqualified driver.  On speaking to the accused it is alleged that the accused showed signs of impairment.  The accused was arrest for driving disqualified and impaired operation of a motor vehicle.  At the police station the accused failed the breath test and was further charged with care and control of a motor vehicle with an alcohol level over the legal limit.  The accused Matthew Blair Leask, age 22 of Southwood Drive is scheduled to appear in court on June 29, 2015 at 9 am.
