On May 29, 2015 at 8:30 p.m. City Police arrested the accused Curtis White, age 25 on outstanding warrants for theft under $5,000, failing to attend for finger prints and failing to attend court. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on June 29, 2015 at 9 a.m.
On May 30, 2015 at approximately 12:14 a.m. City Police responded to a call for help. A concerned caller told police they could hear someone on the street yelling for help. It is alleged that a young person was assaulted by an accused female age 39. The accused allegedly pushed the victim to the ground and assaulted the victim. The accused was checked and found to be on probation with a court ordered condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The accused was arrested for assault and breach of probation. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on July 6, 2015 at 9 a.m.
On May 29, 2013 City Police responded to a domestic related incident. Information received was that the accused allegedly assaulted the victim twice in the same evening. A check of the accused was done and it was found that the accused was also on probation with a court ordered condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The accused was arrested for assault x2 and breach of probation. The accused will appear in WASH court (weekend and statutory holiday court) on May 30, 2015.
