On 14 Nov14 at approximately 7:40 p.m. police attended Bruce Street at Melrose Avenue in regards to several complaints of two males running into traffic. Investigation revealed the accused, Mitchel Warth, age 26, of Peoples Road, was being pursued and arrested by Canadian Tire store security personnel. It is alleged that Warth left the Canadian Tire store with a Monster drink valued at $2.50 without paying for it. He has been charged with theft and will appear in court in December.
