Arrest

On November 30, 2013 at approximately 2:45 a.m., police attended in the 1500 block of Trunk Road regarding a domestic related incident. Information revealed that after a night of drinking the accused, age 50, allegedly punched victim in the head twice.  This was observed by a witness who was also assaulted by the accused. The accused grabbed the victim by the wrist and attempted to punch her also. Police arrived and arrested the accused. Further investigation revealed that in the month of March 2013, the second victim was sitting on the stairs of the residence and was punched with a closed fist in the back of the head. The accused was charged with three counts of assault and will appear in bail court on Monday December 2, 2013 at 9 a.m.

Break and enter

On November 30, 2013 a storage building was entered in the 500 block of Wellington Street West. A heater was taken. It is unknown at this time if anything else went missing.

Theft

A Dodge pickup truck was taken from the 200 block of Beverley Street during the overnight hours.
