On November 8, 2014 patrol officers attended at a residence in the city’s west end. Investigation revealed an allegation that the female slapped and scratched the male victim. As a result the female was arrested and charged with assault.

On November 8, 2014 patrol officers attended at a residence in the city’s west end. Investigation revealed an allegation that the female slapped and scratched the male victim. As a result the female was arrested and charged with assault. She will appear in court on December 10.

On November 8 2014 patrol officers received information that accused, Derek Bob was at a business on Great Northern Rd and that he was wanted on an outstanding warrant of failing to appear court. The accused was arrested on the warrant. He is now scheduled to appear back in court on December 15 2014 for failing to appear court on a breach of recognizance charge.

On the 7th of November 2014 at approximately 7:40 p.m. police were called to a residence on Poplar Avenue for a male who had entered the residence and was confronted by the female resident. It is alleged that the accused, 23-year-old Mark Stanley Cote of Fauquier Ave., entered the residence while intoxicated and assaulted the victim by pushing her after being confronted and ordered out of the home. The victim and accused are not known to each other.

In addition, it is alleged that Cote caused damage to the residence as he exited. Once in custody, he flooded the police holding cells by blocking water in the cell toilet. Mark Cote has been charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling, assault and two count of mischief to property. He will appear in court on 15 December 2015.

20 Year old Tyler Moises of Terry Fox Place was arrested at 5 p.m. last evening at an address on Fourth Line at the request of the Alberta RCMP.  Moises has been charged with one count of theft over 5,000 and one count of fraud stemming from an investigation originating out of Elk Lake, Alberta. Moises will be returned to Alberta by the RCMP for court.
