On October 24th City Police officers attended to a centrally located residence regarding a domestic disturbance. It is alleged a female and male began arguing with each other, escalating to the point where the female grabbed the victim by his neck and struck him in the face. The female accused was arrested and charged with one count of assault. She will be appearing in WASH Court October 25th.
On October 23rd at 5:30 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged Isabelle Bouchard, age 24 of Northern Ave. with Theft under $5,000.00 and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. It is alleged that the accused stole items from Walmart. She will appear in court on November 23rd.
On October 23, 2015 at 7:45 pm attend Patrol Officers were called to Walmart on Great Northern Rd. for a theft complaint. Officers attended there and arrested and charged Michael Johnston, age 23 of Capp Ave. with several counts of Theft under $5,000.00. It is alleged that between August 12th and October 21st the accused stole a small quantity of cash from Walmart. He will appear in court on November 23rd.
On October 23, 2015 at 11:13 pm Patrol Officers were called to a hotel on Great Northern Rd. for a domestic disturbance. Officers learned that a 32 year old male had assaulted his girlfriend by pushing and kicking her. She received minor injuries in the assault that did not require medical attention. The male further broke a television set in the room. The male was arrested and charged with Assault and Mischief under $5,000.00. Further investigation revealed the 27 year old female victim was on a court imposed probation order not to be with the accused male. She was arrested and charged with three counts of Breach of Probation. Both parties will appear in court on October 24.
On October 24, 2015 at 1:30 am Patrol Officers arrested Ryan Young, age 22 of Korah Rd on the strength of an outstanding arrest warrant. His charges include; Theft under $5,000.00, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Breach of Probation. It is alleged that in April of 2015 he stole a chainsaw and was in possession of this stolen item. He will appear in court on November 23rd.
