On October 3, 2015, City Police responded to a shoplifting call at a local grocery store. Police met with store security who had a male accused in custody. It is alleged that food items were concealed in a back pack.

On October 3, 2015, City Police responded to a shoplifting call at a local grocery store. Police met with store security who had a male accused in custody.  It is alleged that food items were concealed in a back pack. The accused then went to the check out and paid for a separate item making no attempt to pay for the other items.  The accused was arrested by security. Police continued the arrest and the accused Peter Joseph Zayet, age 56 was charged with theft under $5,000.  The accused is scheduled to appear in court on November 2, 2015 at 9 a.m.
