On September 4, 2015 at 1:15 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 17-year-old young person with theft under $5,000. It is alleged the youth stole a computer. The young person will appear in court October 6.
On September 4, 2015 at 6:55 p.m., patrol officers arrested and charged a 16-year-old youth with a domestic related assault. It is alleged that he struck his girlfriend in the face. The youth will appear in court on October 7.
On September 5, 2015 at 2:50 a.m. Dakota Mitchell, age 19 of Mission Road in Goulais River, attended at the Sault Ste. Marie Police Services Building. He was wanted for Failing to Attend for Fingerprints. He will appear in court on October 5th.
On September 5, 2015 at approximately 3:00 a.m., city police attended in the area of James Street regarding a disturbance. Officers arrested and charged a 23-year-old female with breach of recognizance X 2. It is alleged that she was in the company of a male that she was on conditions not to communicate with or to be at his residence. She appeared in WASH court today and was remanded to Bail Court on September 8, 2015.
On September 5, 2015 at approximately 4:00 a.m. city police attended in the area of Bitonti Crescent in regard to a male allegedly trying to open doors at several residences. The male was located on Langdon Road and was arrested and charged with trespass by night and breach of probation. J. P. Marcello, 27 years of age, of Second Line West will be appearing in court on Oct. 5, 2015.
