On September 6 at approximately 2:30 a.m. city police officers were called to a domestic dispute in the north end of the city. Investigation revealed that there was a verbal argument between the two parties. One of the parties a 34 year old female was on a probation order not to molest, harass or annoy the other party. As a result she was arrested and charged with that breach of probation X2. She will be appearing in Bail Court on September 8.
On September 7, 2014 City Police responded to a domestic related incident that involved a verbal argument that escalated into an assault. It is alleged that the accused male, age 35 and the victim were at the victim’s residence and the accused spit in her face. The two had broken up a three year relationship approximately one month ago. Police arrested the accused for assault. The accused will appear in WASH court (weekend and statutory holiday court) onSeptember 7, 2014

On September 5, 2014 at 2:50 p.m. officers from the Drug Enforcement Unit and Crime Suppression Unit arrested and charged Frank Caicco, 49 years, of Cooper St. Mr. Caicco was observed by officers stealing merchandise from a store on Great Northern Rd. Upon arrest, a search of him turned up property taken from another store in the area. Accordingly, Mr. Caicco has been charged with two counts of theft under $5000, two counts of possession of property obtained by crime and two breaches of probation. He will be appearing in WASH court on September 6, 2014.
On September 5, 2014 at 10:15 p.m., City Police arrested and charged a 40 year old male on an outstanding warrant related to a domestic occurrence. It is alleged that the accused threatened bodily harm to his ex-common law partner over a period of several months. He will be appearing in WASH court onSeptember 6, 2014.
On September 5, 2014 at 5:20 p.m., Nicholas Davieaux, 29 years, of Sixth Avenue was arrested and charged with theft under $500. Mr. Davieaux was in a west end grocery store, pushing a baby in a stroller. It is alleged that he placed groceries in the stroller and exited the store without paying for them. He will be appearing in court on October 6, 2014.
On September 5, 2014 at 2:35 p.m., City Police attended at a business on Great Northern Road and arrested and charged Riley Drover, 20 years, of Greenfield Dr. with theft under $5000. It is alleged that Mr. Drover concealed a roll of Frog tape in his clothing and left the store without paying for it. He will be appearing in court on October 6,2014.
On September 5, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. a 28 year old male was arrested and charged with criminal harassment and breach of probation X 6. It is alleged that the male threatened to shoot the victim. Additionally, he telephoned the victim numerous times thereby breaching his probation conditions. He will be appearing in Bail Court on September 8, 2014.
On September 5, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. City Police arrested and charged a 55 year old male with assault in relation to a domestic occurrence. It is alleged that he assaulted his common-law partner by punching her in the head and shoulder. He will be appearing in WASH court on September 6, 2014.
